PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This is work that I have completed as a design intern at a local engineering firm. I have conducted research, edited patent drawings, created prototypes, 3D CAD parts, 3D printed parts, created product drawings for clients, and learned about different tools. From this internship I have skills in Adobe Illustrator, Fusion 360, CNC ShopBot, Autodesk Sketchbook, FDM and SLA 3D printers, and basic prototyping skills. (Some projects in cannot be disclosed due to client privacy)

For this project, a client was asking for 400 sock puppet stands for a kids' summer camp activity. I designed a jig to assist assemble the stands. I used Fusion 360 to CAD the jig parts, created a drawing layout for the pieces, and then cut them out on a CNC Router. The final jig could hold 20 stands at a time.
This is a video of my using a CNC Router to cut out aluminum pieces for an Airstream product. For this project, I just managed the router by loading it with the specified cut layouts and making sure any mistakes were accounted for.
